शेतीव्यवसाय – नवीन संशोधनाकडे एक दृष्टीक्षेप
- परिपूर्ण साखळी या संकल्पनेपुढील आव्हाने –
- सर्वात महत्वाचे म्हणजे यामध्ये असणार्‍यांना आवश्यक असणारे उत्पन्न मिळाले पाहिजे. त्यामुळे तेवढे उत्पन्न मिळण्याची क्षमता त्यांच्यात निर्माण करणे व त्याबाबतीत मार्गदर्शन करणे आवश्यक आहे.
- Contract farming म्हणजे कंत्राट देऊन शेतीची कामे करून घेणे, असे कंपन्या करतात. परंतू त्यामध्ये सामाजिक जाणीव नसते. त्यामुळे स्थैर्य नसते.
2. वेगवेगळे प्रयोग –
- शेतातील चारा गाई, बैलांसाठी वापरून त्यांच्या मांसाची विक्री.
- साखळीतील घटकांचे एक व्यासपीठ बनविणे. त्यापैकी काही जणांनी एकत्र येऊन, शेतकर्‍यांना एकत्र आणून, नवीन कल्पना (Innovation), संशोधन, व्यवस्थापन या संकल्पना वापरून उत्पादन क्षमता वाढविणे.
3. त्यामधील मुख्य अडचणी –
- यामध्ये भाग घेणारे बदलत असतात. काही सोडून जातात, काही नवीन येतात. बदल झल्यावर गृपमधील घटक बदलतात. त्यांना परत एकत्रित आणणे.
- सत्ता स्पर्धा.
- स्री-पुरूष संधी.
- आपापसातील वादाचे मुद्दे मिटविणे.
- सातत्याने, चकाटीने स्थिरता आणणे.
- किती प्रमाणात वाढ करावी.
- वेगवेगळ्या स्तरांवर मूल्यमापन.
- जबाबदारीची जाणीव, योग्य त्या भाषेत स्पष्टीकरण.
- आणखी चांगले कसे करता येईल, याचा विचार.
4. यश मिळालेल्या प्रयोगांबद्दल थोडेसे –
यशस्वी प्रयोग कुठला ? तर खेडेगावातील लोकांसाठी दीर्घकालीन फायदे देणारा. अशा प्रयोगांचा संपूर्ण अभ्यास झालेला नाही. परंतू यातील काही महत्वाचे मुद्दे —-
- फक्त उत्पादन वाढविणे व Value chain वाढविणे अशा गोष्टींचा फारच कमी फायदा होतो.
- त्याला शेतीमधील नाविन्यपूर्ण कल्पनांची जोड दिली तर परिणाम चांगला होतो.
- गटागटांची व्यासपीठे व्यापार, तंत्रज्ञान व नावीन्यपूर्ण कल्पना यासाठी तयार करून त्याचा फायदा प्रोजेक्टमध्ये करणे.
थोडक्यात
जमीन व भांडवल या व्यतिरिक्त ज्ञान, प्राविण्य सामाजिक पाठिंबा, तंत्रज्ञान हे लक्षात षेऊन एकत्रितपणे काम करणे गरजेचे आहे.
दर महिन्याला प्रसिद्ध होणारा “संवाद” चा हा शेवटचा अंक आहे. या 12 अंकांमध्ये सर्वसामान्य शेतकर्‍यांना शेतीव्यवसाय फायदेशीर कसा करता येईल याबद्दलचा आराखडा आहे. शेतीव्यवसाय, सामाजिक बदल व संशोधन याची सांगड घालून आपणाला पुढील वाटचाल करावयाची आहे.
यापुढे दर 3 महिन्यांनी “संवाद” आपल्या भेटीला येईल. नवनवीन होत असलेल्या प्रयोगांबद्दल त्यामध्ये माहिती असेल.

A glance at new research
The challenges in a concept of a complete chain –
- The most important thing is, everyone in this chain should get income which they need. So, it is a need to develop capability of earning this income in them and to guide them about it.
- Contract farming means giving contracts of the agriculture related works. Different companies are doing this. But it does not have social awareness, therefore there is no stability.
Different experiments –
- Use of fodder as a food for pet animals and sell their flesh/meat.
- Make a group of all the factors in the chain. Some of them should come together and they should try to bring farmers together. Try to increase production ability by using different innovative ideas, research management concepts etc.
The main obstacles in this are as follows:
- The people participating in the chain may get change. Some people left the chain, some join the chain. Due to this we have to bring all the members together again and again.
- Power-competition.
- Female-male opportunity.
- Sorting out quarrel issues among members.
- Bringing stability persistently and continuously.
- What should be proportion of increment?
- Continuous evaluation at different levels.
- Awareness about responsibility, explanation in proper words.
- Thought of, how can we do better?
Little about successful experiments –
Successful experiment is the one, which give long term profit to village people. The entire study of such experiment is not done. But some important factors of it are as follows:
- The usefulness of increase in production and increase in value chain is very less.
- It will give good effect if we apply innovative ideas in the agriculture.
- Creating and leveraging group platforms for business, technology and innovation ideas in projects.
In brief: Besides the land and the capital, it is necessary that, we should work together by considering factors such as knowledge, skill, social support, technical support etc.
We are publishing the ‘Sanvaad’ since February 2022, this is last article, in all 12 articles, a plan of how to make the agriculture a profitable business is given. We have to move forward by combining the agriculture, social change and research.
Now the sanvaad will come to meet you after every 3 months. It will include ongoing experiments at Kotapur plant clinic.
We should move forward with the qualities such as love, faith and honesty.
